Right click on the plans to teach them to blacksmith and the Infernal Machine will appear on the Weapons tab under the new Portal Device heading (look under P). Once you gather all three keys and the crafting plans you can then take them all to the blacksmith. There are four Keywardens and each one can be found in one of the four acts in Diablo III. You must be in Inferno difficulty for the keys to drop.To begin your journey all you need to do is find and kill a Keywarden. Key (and plans) Drop Rates: The drop rates for the keys will vary based on what Monster Power level you are playing on. By handle, I mean the Monster Power that will cause you and your friends to die less than 10 times each before you manage to kill him. Due to the difficulty of this Keywarden it is a good idea to fight him with a group of your friends on the highest Monster Power you think you can handle. The curse reduces the effectiveness of any healing that you may have by 75%. He attacks with a fiery spell that quickly drains your health, he has the jailer affix and he can curse you. Nekarat is very hard to kill but luckily you only need him to drop the plans once. The plans for the Infernal Machine can be dropped by Nekarat the Keywarden in first level of the Silver Spire in Act IV. Xah'Rith attacks by making frozen corpses rain from the sky and if you get too close to him, he will push you away with a frozen breath attack. He always appears in the Raise the Catapults section of Stonefort which means you can use the Stonefort waypoint and then head to the right and up the stairs. The Key of Terror can be dropped by Xah'Rith the Keywarden in Stonefort in Act III. He also will use his whirlwind blade attack on you. Sokahr has the missle dampening, vortex and mortar affixes. The Key of Hate can be dropped by Sokahr the Keywarden in the Dahlgur Oasis in Act II.
